
About Yoga with Rhi
Our Yoga classes are lead by Rhianne Middleton. They are beginner friendly and help build mindfulness, strength and flexibility. Yoga is great for recovery and reducing stress as well as balance and posture. Rhiannes goal is to create a safe and relaxed environment where everyone can benefit from what Yoga has to offer.
We offer classic Ashtanga and Flow classes. Both of these classes offer vinyasa flow which unifies breath and movement to help calm the nervous system and reduce cortisol. The movements are dynamic and classes are structured in a way that makes it easy to to track your progress.
You don’t need to be a pro, an athlete or have any prior experience to give these classes a go, they are inclusive of all skill levels.
How to book
If you would like to join these classes you can choose between our 5 class bundle or our 10 class bundle for the best deal. Alternatively, if you just want to drop in for one class you can book onto a session without purchasing a bundle.
If you are a member of hillingdon BJJ with ‘Accelerate’ membership, these classes are already included in your membership.
Classes are currently being taught on Wednesday mornings at 7am and Sunday Mornings at 10am.
