Unsure of whether BJJ is the right sport for you?
Our intro sessions are designed to give you an introduction to our sport with some basic techniques and movements that are commonly used so that you can get a feel for our sport. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions about the club and help you make the decision of whether we are the right fit for you.
We really believe that Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone, therefore, it doesn’t matter your age, your fitness level or your experience level we welcome everyone to come and give the sport a try.


To book a trial for kids classes please contact Hillingdon BJJ, this cannot be done online.
Trial sessions- Monday & Friday at 18:30.
We also run a ladies only session Wednesday at 18:30.

After you’ve had your free trial, if you do decide that we are the right fit for you then the next step is to review our membership options. We have a variety of options available because we know that everyone has different commitments. We have a mixture of morning, lunch time and evening classes available so that you have the opportunity to work jiu-jitsu around your schedule. We also have male and female changing and shower facilities to ensure that you can continue your day after training without needing to stop at home first.
