Unsure of whether BJJ is the right sport for you?

Our intro sessions are designed to give you an introduction to our sport with some basic techniques and movements that are commonly used so that you can get a feel for our sport. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions about the club and help you make the decision of whether we are the right fit for you.

We really believe that Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone, therefore, it doesn’t matter your age, your fitness level or your experience level we welcome everyone to come and give the sport a try.

Trial sessions- Monday & Friday at 18:30.

We also run a ladies only session Wednesday at 18:30.
