Last weekend 4 of our boys travelled up to Wolverhampton to take part in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu National Junior Championships. This is the biggest junior championship in the country and this year it hosted over 400 competitors.
The hard work the boys had put in training for this competition was evident on the day. They performed amazing and all of them managed to fight their way onto the winner’s podium. Romeo Husbands Khan took Bronze in the J1 under 27kg category and Kai Hajaj took silver in the J1 under 30kg category. The Pintili brothers Christian and Robert both became British Junior Champions, with Christian taking gold in the J1 under 38kg category and Robert taking gold in the J2 under 46kg category.
