November saw many of the Hillingdon BJJ family enter the English open. We had competitors take part in both the kid’s and Adult’s weekends. We had some really strong performances, in particular with the kids who all had medals round their necks and smiles on their faces by the end of the day. For many of our team members it was their first national competition and they performed to a very high standard. Medalists were as follows:
